1 weeks rent payable per person as a holding deposit to secure property payable when submitting your application form. This holding deposit is added to the damage deposit value once the whole property signup process is successfully completed. 

Full signup process includes 

1. Completing and returning the Tenant Application form (Below).

2. Paying the holding fee

3. Completing the right to rent checks

4. Signing the tenancy agreement, which will be sent to you electronically to eSign.

5. Signing and returning the guarantor agreement, also by eSign.

6. Paying the damage deposit per person.

7. We then counter sign the tenancy agreement.

This process needs to be completed within 2 weeks of paying the holding fee. Or the fee is retained and the property re advertised.
